OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE TO WIN. Void where prohibited by law. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances.
THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED OR ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH FACEBOOK, INC., TWITTER, INC., OR INSTAGRAM, INC.
1. Sponsor: The Aftershock Fan Poster Design Contest (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Danny Wimmer Presents, LLC ("Sponsor"), 10351 Santa Monica Blvd., Suite 300, Los Angeles, 90025.
2. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins Thursday, May 9, 2024 at 10am Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends June 30, 2024 at 11:59 pm PT (“Sweepstakes Period”). There will be one (1) grand prize winner and three (3) runner-up winners.
3. Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (nineteen (19) years or older in Alabama and Nebraska; twenty-one (21) years or older in Mississippi) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Sponsor or its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, operators, divisions, franchisees, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, suppliers, distributors, website providers, webmasters, or advertising, public relations or Sweepstakes agencies (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”) as well as the immediate family (i.e., spouse, parent, step-parent, sibling, step-sibling, half-sibling, child, or step-child, regardless of where they live) and any person living in the same household as such individuals are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. Only an individual meeting all eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules may enter in the Sweepstakes (each an “Entrant,” and collectively, “Entrants”). In the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other advertising, promotional, or other materials, these Official Rules shall govern. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the winners before awarding any Prize.
4. How to Enter: There is one (1) way to enter for a chance to win a prize in the Sweepstakes. Any Entrant that enters through one of the following entry points is automatically entered into the Sweepstakes: (i) Entry point #1 Enter Your First Name, Last Name, Email (you will have to confirm your email and input a second time), Your Zip Code, and Poster Design. Entry will require Entrants to provide an email address. All entries submitted in accordance with these Official Rules shall be hereinafter referred to as “Eligible Entries”.
5. Limit: No Limit on Entries Per Person. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entries, which may be disqualified. No automatically generated entries will be accepted. Entries must be submitted by the participant. Multiple Entrants are not permitted to share the same email account used for entry. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the pertinent account will be deemed to be the Entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder to the Sponsor or be deemed to have forfeited the Prize. Entries that are incomplete, late, or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. All potential winners are subject to verification before any Prize will be awarded. Normal Internet access, phone, and usage charges imposed by your online or phone service may apply.
6. Winner Selection and Notification: One (1) winner will be selected by public vote on or about July 22, 2024 through July 26, 2024 from all Eligible Entries received by Sponsor during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor’s decisions with regard to winner selection and verification are final in all respects. Odds of winning depend on the total number of Eligible Entries received. Potential winner will be notified by Sponsor via email on or about July 30, 2024.
Except where legally prohibited, each potential Prize winner must sign and return, within four (4) days of being notified, an Affidavit/Declaration of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release in order to claim his/her prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted in person via email after the first attempt to contact him/her, or if he/she fails to sign and return the Affidavit/Declaration of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release or any other documentation that Sponsor may require, in its sole discretion, within the required time period (if applicable), if potential winner and any companion are unavailable to travel within any time period specified by Sponsor, or in the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner selected by a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.
7. Grand Prize: One (1) winner will receive a trip for two (2) to the Festival including: (A) $1,000 in credit for round-trip airfare; (B) five (5) nights in standard hotel accommodations (one double occupancy room) at a TBD location*; (C) two (2) VIP Weekend Festival pass access for winner and guest (“Guest”); (D) $100 merchandise credit to use at the Festival (collectively, “Prize”). Grand Prize Winner will also have the opportunity to contract with Sponsor’s merchandise provider to sell the winning poster at the Festival. The winner’s guest may accompany the winner at all times. If the winner resides within a one hundred (100) mile radius of the Festival (a “Local Resident”), the round-trip airfare portion of the Prize will be void. Exact location of hotel accommodations will be shared within three (3) weeks of the Festival. Total ARV of Prize: $4,500. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. ARV of Prize may vary depending on point of departure, travel dates, and fare/rate fluctuations. Any person that participates in the Prize that is not deemed to be a Guest must pay his/her own expenses. No compensation will be awarded in lieu of the difference in the ARV for the Prize for a Local Resident and the ARV for the Prize who is not a local resident.
8. Runner-up Prizes: Three (3) winners will each receive access for two (2) General Admission Weekend Festival pass access for winner and guests (“Guest”).
9. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and all fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of prize not specifically stated herein, including but not limited to, change of air travel fees, ground transportation, automobile insurance, meals, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees and/or other expenses, are the responsibility solely of winner his/her Guest. Prize cannot be sold, offered for sale, substituted, assigned, transferred, or redeemed for cash; however, Sponsor reserves the right to make equivalent prize substitutions. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes or components of a prize. Additional terms, restrictions, and exclusions may apply to tickets; see here for additional terms and exclusions. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, not to award a Prize to any potential winner.
In the event that the Festival is canceled, postponed, or preempted for any reason, including weather, illness or unavailability of artists thereof for any other reason, no rain checks, exchanges, substitution, or cash replacement value of prize will be provided.
Guest must be at time of prize fulfillment the age of majority in the jurisdiction he/she resides (and at least eighteen (18) years of age), unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, and must complete and a return a liability/publicity release and any other documentation required by Sponsor prior to prize award. If Guest is a minor in his/her state of residence, the minor's parent/legal guardian must complete and return all releases on behalf of the minor. Prize winner and his/her Guest must be able to travel on dates to be determined by Sponsor. Exact dates of travel to be determined at Sponsor’s discretion.
Travel subject to availability and blackout dates. Winner and Guest are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents. If required, the winner must be available to travel on dates specified by Sponsor or risk forfeiting prize. Certain travel restrictions may apply. Winner and Guest must travel together on the same itinerary. If the winner elects to travel or participate in the prize travel without a guest, no additional compensation will be awarded. Winner and Guest are also responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight except at Sponsor’s discretion. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Sweepstakes, and those set forth by Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. The passenger contracts in use by the airlines or other transportation companies shall constitute the sole contracts with respect to the prize winner’s and his/her Guest’s transportation and such contracts shall be solely between the prize winner, his/her Guest, and such transportation companies. Lost, stolen or damaged airline tickets will not be replaced or exchanged. With the exception of stopovers approved in advance at Sponsor’s sole discretion, no stopovers are permitted on tickets issued as part of the prize. If a stopover occurs, the prize travel will terminate and the winner and his/her Guest will be responsible for the full fare which will be charged from the stopover point for the remaining trip segment(s), including the return. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by any air carrier(s) or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services to passengers including any results thereof such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. Airline tickets issued in connection with the prize may not be eligible for frequent flier miles or upgrades. Winner and Guest must comply with all hotel check-in requirements, including, but not limited to, the presentation of a payment card. Air transportation and hotel accommodations must be taken together and cannot be taken separately.
In the event winner and/or Guest engages in behavior during Festival or travel that (as determined by Sponsor) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, or that is intended to threaten or harass any other person, or that in any way disparages or adversely affects the reputation, image, and/or customer goodwill of Sponsor or any of Sponsor’s services, products, trademarks, service marks, or logos, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the travel early, and send winner and/or Guest home with no further obligations or compensation whatsoever to winner and/or Guest (which may, in Sponsor’s discretion, result in such winner’s disqualification from the Sweepstakes and forfeiture of any (and/or all) prize(s). In the event winner or Guest engages in behavior during travel that (as determined by Sponsor) is illegal, tortious, or subjects winner or Guest to arrest or detention, Sponsor shall have no obligation to pay any damages, fees, fines, judgments or other costs or expenses of any kind whatsoever incurred by winner or Guest as a result of such conduct.
Sponsor shall have no liability for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting from or arising out of any travel related to the Prize or any other aspect of Prize Winner’s or Guest’s acceptance or use of the Prize.
ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE GIVEAWAY. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE.
10. Publicity: Except where may be prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes and acceptance of Prize constitutes express permission of winner for Sponsor and those acting pursuant to the authority of Sponsor to use such winner’s name, photograph, image, likeness, voice, opinions, hometown, and/ or state (such winner’s “Likeness”) for advertising, trade, promotion, and publicity purposes in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide in perpetuity, without further notice, review or approval, permission, or compensation.
11. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend, or suspend the Sweepstakes or any part thereof should non-authorized intervention, fraud, weather, force majeure events or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, is or is attempting or intending to: (a) tamper with any aspect of the operation of the Sweepstakes, (b) defraud Sponsor, (c) undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices, (d) annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other Entrant, Sweepstakes Entities, or representatives of the Sweepstakes Entities, or (e) act in violation of these Official Rules. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. No groups, clubs, newsletters, or organizations may reproduce or distribute any portion of these Official Rules to their members, and anyone who participates in the Sweepstakes through means not permitted by these Official Rules is subject to disqualification. No more than the stated number of Prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, mechanical, typographical, or any other reasons cause more than stated number of Prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to award only the stated number of Prizes (previously not awarded) by means of a random drawing among all legitimate and eligible Prize claims.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY INDIVIDUAL DELIBERATELY TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
12. Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor (including but not limited to Sponsor’s employees or agents handling Prize redemption), which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant waives any right to claim ambiguity in these Official Rules. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control, and the discrepancy will be resolved in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.
13. Release: BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, PARTICIPANT AGREES THAT SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENT COMPANIES, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, REPRESENTATIVES, CONSULTANTS, CONTRACTORS, LEGAL COUNSEL, ADVERTISING, PUBLIC RELATIONS, PROMOTIONAL, FULFILLMENT AND MARKETING, WEBSITE PROVIDERS, WEBMASTERS, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AGENTS (THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY PARTICIPANTS AGAINST, ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, OR PROPERTY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE, OR USE OF THE PRIZE, ENTRY, OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR IN ANY SWEEPSTAKES-RELATED ACTIVITY, OR ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION OR INVASION OF PRIVACY, OR MERCHANDISE DELIVERY. THE RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF ANY PRIZE CANNOT BE AWARDED DUE TO CANCELLATIONS, DELAYS, OR INTERRUPTIONS DUE TO ACTS OF GOD, ACTS OF WAR, NATURAL DISASTERS, WEATHER, OR TERRORISM.
Sweepstakes Entities are not liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer Internet system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, or any combination thereof, or any entries that are late (including delayed data transmissions), tampered with, garbled, incomplete, misdirected, lost, illegible, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible or liable for any injury or damage to an entrant’s or third person’s computer and/or other electronic devices and/or their contents, related to or resulting from Sweepstakes.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING THE SWEEPSTAKES AND PRIZE, ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY. CHECK LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS.
14. Limitation of Liability. Except where prohibited, Entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any Prize awarded, or the determination of the winner, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes not to exceed $50 but in no event including attorneys' fees, and (c) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, consequential, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
15. Choice of Law: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrant and/or Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California without regard to conflicts of law/choice of law doctrine of California or any other jurisdiction, and all proceedings regarding the same shall take place exclusively either in a state or federal court located in or around Los Angeles, California. Entrant agrees to the jurisdiction of such courts and waives any right to change of venue or any like right.
16. Privacy: By entering the Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees that Entrant’s entry and any other personally identifiable information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes may be used by Sponsor or its affiliates for administration of this Sweepstakes, including in connection with Prize fulfillment.

Thank you for visiting DWP PPV, LLC (“DWP”). Because your privacy is important to us, we provide this Privacy Policy explaining our online practices and your choices regarding our use of information about you collected through our online and mobile Web sites, services, and applications (“Site” or “Sites”).

Registration, Social Media, and Other Information. We use information you provide to fulfill your requests for our events and offerings (e.g., send you the information about events, subscribe to our newsletters, participate in one of our contests or promotions), respond to your questions, improve Site content, and to offer you other products, programs or events that we believe may be of interest to you.
We also may use personally identifiable information to contact you regarding your use of our offerings or events, changes to this Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, or other policies or terms that affect you and use of our Sites or our offerings. Legal Bases. We rely on a number of legal bases to use your information in these ways, including:
To fulfill a contract, or take steps linked to a contract. This includes:
– Account creation and processing any tickets, services or merchandise that you have requested;
– Verifying your identity;
– Processing payments; Sending you necessary communications (for example, related to tickets, merchandise, payments, or shows); and
– Providing customer service or support.
As required to conduct our business and pursue our legitimate interests, in particular:
– Providing you with the Sites and shows for which you have registered and any other merchandise and services you have requested;
– Analyzing your use and measuring effectiveness of our websites to better understand how they are being used so we can improve them and engage and retain users;
– Sending you information about shows, special offers and similar information, and sharing your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes;
– Analyzing your use of our websites, your content, and your interaction with our communications, to tailor and customize the website and marketing communications;
– Diagnosing problems with our Sites;
– Detecting, preventing, or otherwise addressing fraud, security or technical issues, as well as protecting against harm to the rights, property or safety of DWP, our users, or the public;
– Conducting surveys and market research about our customers, their interests, the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns, and customer satisfaction (unless we need consent to undertake such surveys, in which case we will only do this with your permission);
– If we merge with or are acquired by another company, sell a website or business unit, or if all or a substantial portion of our assets are acquired by another company, your information will likely be disclosed to our advisers and any other prospective purchaser’s advisers and will be one of the assets that is transferred to the new owner; and
– In connection with legal claims, compliance, regulatory and investigative purposes as necessary (including disclosure of information in connection with government agency requests, legal process or litigation).
Where we process your information based on legitimate interests, you can object to this processing in certain circumstances. In these cases, we will cease processing information unless we have compelling legitimate grounds to continue processing or where it is needed for legal reasons.
Where required, when you give DWP your consent or otherwise consistent with your choices:
– Sending you information about Sites, tickets, events, special offers and similar information, and sharing your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes;
– Placing cookies and using similar technologies on our websites and in email communications; and
– For targeted online and offline marketing including through tools like Facebook Custom Audience.
WHAT INFORMATION WE SHARE
Our Affiliates. We may disclose personally identifiable to our corporate subsidiaries or entities affiliated with DWP. Any personally identifiable information provided to DWP’s subsidiaries or entities affiliated with DWP will be treated by those subsidiaries and affiliated entities in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.
Agents and Contractors. We may use the services of agents and contractors to assist us in providing our offerings, products and events.
Brand Partners. We may, from time to time, share personally identifiable information with unrelated third parties (e.g., other marketers/brand partners) to enable them to provide users with opportunities to learn of products or events in which they may be interested. Legal, Law Enforcement, Fraud Prevention, Safety and Security Purposes. We may disclose personally identifiable information in response to legal process (e.g., a court order or a subpoena) or comply with legal requirements. We also may disclose such information in response to a law enforcement agency’s request or where we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, to detect, prevent or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues, situations involving potential threats to the property or safety of any person, violations of our terms of use, or as otherwise required or permitted by law.
Change of Control. We may transfer information about you in the event of a business transaction, such as if we or one of our business units or our relevant assets are acquired by, sold to, or merged with another company.
Aggregate Data. We may disclose anonymous, aggregated user statistics to third parties for a variety of purposes. For example, we may disclose how many individuals visited certain areas of our Sites, how many men or women sign up to a particular product, or other demographic data about users of our offerings.

Mobile. If you no longer wish to have any information collected by the Site, you may uninstall the application by using the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

If you are a California resident, you can request information about our practices related to disclosing your personal information to certain third parties and/or opt-out of our sharing of your information with unaffiliated third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. California residents may request disclosure of the specific pieces and/or categories of personally identifiable information that DWP has collected about them, the categories of sources for that personally identifiable information, the business or commercial purposes for collecting the information, the categories of personally identifiable information that we have disclosed, and the categories of third parties with which the information was shared. COOKIES, BEACONS AND DO NOT TRACK
Cookies. To enhance your experience with our Sites, our Web pages may use “cookies.” Cookies are text files we place in your computer’s browser to store your preferences.
We use cookies to understand Site usage and to improve the content and offerings on our Sites. Web Beacons. We may also use “Web beacons” or similar technologies that monitor your use of our Sites. Web beacons (or Web bugs) are small strings of code that enable delivery of a graphic image on a Web page for the purpose of transferring data, such as the IP (Internet Protocol) address of the computer that downloaded the page on which the Web beacon appears, the URL (Uniform Resource Locator) of the page on which the Web beacon appears, the time the page containing the Web beacon was viewed, the types of browser that fetched the Web beacon and the identification number of any cookie on the computer previously placed by that server.
When corresponding with you via HTML capable email, Web beacons and similar technologies let us know whether you received and opened our email.
Do Not Track. We do not currently take actions to respond to Do Not Track signals because a uniform technological standard has not yet been developed. We continue to review new technologies and may adopt a standard once one is created.
From time to time, we may offer content (e.g., promotions) that is sponsored by or co-branded with an identified third party (e.g., brand partners). In these instances, the third party may obtain information that you voluntarily submit to participate in a Site activity. We have no control over the third party’s use of this information.
Our Site also may contain links to other sites whose information practices may be different than ours. You should consult the other sites’ privacy notices as we have no control over information that is submitted to, or collected by, these third parties.
DATA SECURITY
We have security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our Sites.
DATA RETENTION
We will retain your information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide our Sites and services to you. If you no longer want DWP to use your information to provide our services to you, you may close your account. We will retain and use your information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your information to comply with applicable tax/revenue laws), resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy.
DATA TRANSFERS.
The main location where we process your personally identifiable information is the United States but we also transfer personally identifiable information to all other countries in the world where our apps, and other products or services are available. The data protection and privacy regulations in the US and other countries may not offer the same level of protection as in other parts of the world, such as the European Union. If you use or visit our Sites from outside the United States, you consent to the collection and/or processing in the United States of information we collect from you.

From time to time, we may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of material changes to our Privacy Policy by placing a notice on our Site or contacting you with the email address we have in our records. UPDATING YOUR INFORMATION AND CONTACTING US

You have the right to exercise these rights free of charge or penalty, but we may limit the number of requests you make or charge reasonable fees as legally permitted.
You may designate an authorized agent to exercise some of your rights; however, in order to help protect the security of your personal information, the authorized agent must follow the same authentication procedures that are required if you exercise your rights without using an agent. DWP will verify requests made through authorized agents to help ensure the safety of your account and to comply with our policies and procedures.
